The ultimate rod for handling extreme loads against giant GT and monstrous groupers in reef areas and shallow water! This rod cracks the most complex formula: combining incredible lightness and comfort in casting and lure action, with absolute “stickiness” and flexibility at the moment of hookset. The development concept prioritizes the rod’s natural lifting ability and ease of bringing the fish to you. It’s perfectly suited for working with PE 8 lines and above, but it’s definitely not a stiff “broomstick” – it knows how to show softness and takes good care of the angler.

Engineering and Performance: Your Advantages on the Water

• Smooth and predictable bending curve: Encountering a monster fish in strong currents or shallow water requires absolute control. As the load increases, the rod bends progressively and precisely, preventing sudden tension changes on the fish. This allows you to apply constant and stable pressure on the predator, while dramatically reducing load shocks affecting your body.
• Reduced casting effort: Thanks to the blank’s characteristics, your body will absorb much less effort when casting a variety of lures from small to extra heavy. (Due to the Regular Taper, casting giant lures over 170g will require a bit more arm strength, but up to 170g the rod launches them effortlessly).
• Physical fit: The manufacturer recommends a body weight of 70 kg and above to utilize the rod’s full power, but even smaller anglers who know how to lean correctly and use their body weight in the fight will extract tremendous lifting power from it. The rod is designed so that even an angler with an average build can work with it all day without fatigue.

Versatility and Working Dynamics with Lures

• Working with large poppers: Suitable for heavy poppers (e.g., Hammerhead G-Cup) – the rod won’t “bounce” or throw the lure out of the water uncontrollably, but will give it a “sticky” movement that grips and cuts through the water perfectly.
• Small poppers: Responds excellently to smaller poppers too (e.g., Extreme Lure Dekagero) and allows a wide range of technical actions.

Fighting Tactics in the Field

• Despite the power specs, the rod features a “mild” and absorbing blank, providing great flexibility against runs and sudden surges. It neutralizes the feeling of “fear” that accompanies anglers working with locked drag (15 kg and above) and allows maintaining pressure with ease.
