We strive to provide an optimal user experience on the website for the entire public, including people with disabilities. We have invested efforts to enable, facilitate, and streamline the use of the website, with an emphasis on the needs of this population. Our website’s accessibility adaptation efforts were carried out taking into account Regulation 35 of the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service) 5773-2013, Israeli Standard SI 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.0 guidelines, and subject to changes and adjustments made in the Israeli Standard document. The accessibility adaptation was tested in the leading browsers in the latest versions.

Clarification

Despite our efforts to enable accessible browsing on the website for all pages of the website, there may be pages on the website that have not yet been made accessible, or for which the appropriate technological solution has not yet been found. We continue our efforts to improve the accessibility of the website, as much as possible, out of a belief and moral commitment to enable the use of the website for the entire population, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility Arrangements in the Store

Our goal is to enable every customer to receive equal and accessible service, to improve the store so that it is available, convenient, and friendly for people with various types of disabilities. We have made accessible and made adjustments and improvements in the store in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758 – 1998 and in accordance with Amendment No. 2 to the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5765 – 2005, as detailed below:

• Accessible entrances – The entrance to the store is wide and adapted for visitors with disabilities, without steps;
• Disabled parking – There are regulated and marked disabled parking spaces near the store;
• Wide passages in the corridors, adapted for the passage of visitors with wheelchairs;
• Accessible restrooms adapted for visitors with wheelchairs.
