The Trump 711 is an Eging (squid fishing) rod created with one clear goal: to provide the angler with an unprecedented amount of information, exceptional casting distances, and absolute control. To achieve this, Truth Japan chose the extreme route – using a blank composed of 100% All 40t carbon.

The essence: It’s all about feel

The use of 40t carbon (very high modulus) creates a lightweight rod with fast response (High Repulsion) and exceptional sharpness.

Like an extension of the hand: The rod feels so light and delicate that it feels like an integral part of the angler’s hand.

Flow of information: The greatest insistence in development was on sensitivity. The rod transmits to the angler the slightest changes in the water current and the smallest “discomfort” sensations at the end of the line, a level of detail that only a 40t blank can provide.

Performance: Despite its length, it provides casting distances that are not ashamed of rods longer than it, and allows prolonged work without burdening the body.
