The Trump 711 S3 Edition takes all the legendary features of the original Ajing model – lightness, sharpness, long casting ability, and extreme sensitivity – and re-tunes them for light game and seabass anglers.

What is S3?

The name S3 represents the three main target fish for which the model was developed:

SeaBass

SaberFish (Hairtail/Tachiuo)

Snapper (Black Sea Bream/Kurodai)

Changes and upgrades (compared to the Ajing model):

Following numerous requests from anglers who used the original Trump for seabass and other fish, specific adjustments were made to maximize performance for these styles:

New guide system: Since thicker lines are used in this type of fishing (up to PE #1 and fluorocarbon leader up to size #5), the guides were replaced from RV to KL (Single Foot). These guides are one size larger than the original and their placement is different, ensuring smoother line release, improved casting distance, and fewer wind knots.

Grip: The switch from a cork grip to a durable EVA grip, which is more suitable for intensive use in saltwater.

Reel seat: The position of the reel seat has been changed for optimal balance in this fishing style.

Performance and Use:

The rod retains the DNA of the Trump series – a super-sensitive and fast All 40t blank. It has been rigorously tested to ensure durability in battles against strong fish and excels in a variety of methods:

Seabass: Light Seabass Game.

Hairtail/Tachiuo: Wind methods, jigs, and sinking minnows.

Kurodai: Working with Topwater lures (poppers and small pencils).
